Positively Spencer Youth (PSY) was established in April, 2005. PSY is made up of parents and community members who want to make a difference with Spencer youth. The goal of the group is to change the attitude toward substance use and abuse through prevention and education. There is an executive committee as well as seven subcommittees. PSY, in partnership with the community and the school, provides fun, healthy activities for everyone. With a strong emphasis on education, PSY hopes to equip parents and youth with the best tools and knowledge for everyday decision making. find out more
